I get asked a lot if I "do Reiki." It's a fair question! Reiki is a very popular "brand" of healing. However, at my sanctuary, I offer Spiritual Healing.
You might wonder, "What's the difference?"
The Difference
Reiki usually follows a specific set of hand positions and symbols taught in a classroom.
My Healing is more fluid. I don't follow a script. Instead, I connect directly with Spirit and let that energy flow where your body needs it most.
I call it "Healing" because that is exactly what it does. It's like a recharge for your battery. When life gets heavy, your energy can get "clogged." My job is to help clear those clogs so you feel lighter and more like yourself again.
What to expect when you visit me: You'll stay fully clothed and relax on my healing couch. I'll place my hands lightly on or just above your body. You might feel heat, a little tingle, or just a deep sense of "ahhh, finally."
You don't need to know the "technical" names for it. You just need to show up and let me help you find some calm in the chaos.
