Typically, a session lasts between 45 to 60 minutes. This includes a gentle "settling in" period, the guided meditation itself, and a few moments at the end to ground yourself before continuing your day.
Absolutely. The goal of meditation isn't to stop thinking; it's to notice when you are thinking and gently bring your focus back. If your mind wanders a hundred times, you simply bring it back a hundred times.
